RSSGM Question / PHP include

I am experimenting with RSSGM and are trying to include an additional PHP file with a PHP include command. I added to the code to all necessary templates, but when pages get generated this does not seem to be executed and included. If I separate things or test the PHP include in a normal PHP include situation, things are working just fine.

So, I assume this has to do with how RSSGM creates files and reads templates. Anyone here knows how I can work around that?

Don't see why it doesn't work. I've added and removed various files via php includes no problem with RSSGm. Did you add this include to pages, pages1, pages2 and theindex.php? Do you have the file you want included in the same directory as the above files?

I tried it with pages.php and all the other related files but it did not show up when the PHP pages were generated.

Anyway - got it figured out by including it in generator.php + instead of using absolute paths I switched to relative paths and that did the trick.
