Alright so no one wants to reveal their aff programs... well I'm not afraid. I'm running Azoogle's scrapbook club offer (entertainment cat).
I'd like your reviews of my landing page:
Pizard Scrapbooking Club

That redirects/masks to a blogger page.

Incidentally, if anyone can help me drop out the blogsearch bar it would be much appreciated.

Looks good. So good I just signed up and got my scissors, glue stick and puffy paint out. I'm pumped!

Not good; no focus.

Wait, what was the purpose of a redirect? To hide the blogger url? I thought redirects were only good for masking affiliate links.

Jeremy I'mloving the cat though. I have a few cats at home. I wish I could post some pics of them but I don't have a digital camera.

Looks good. I would definitely link those pics as mentioned before. Also, maybe through in some text links.

Try adding a Top 10 Scrapbooking Secrets section or post. I'm sure you can find a similar list to copy, uhh, I mean get inspiration from it.

Also, there are a crap load of dorky scrap-booking groups and forums you could post in if you're not doing that already.

As far as the design, my only complaint is that it looks like a FIRST post on a new blog instead of just a site. If you can get rid of the Blogger stuff then def do it.

The page looks good. I actually tried doing that offer too but I just used a cloaked URL directly to their landing page and it didn't convert worth shit. I hope you have better luck. Let us know how it goes.

JeremyL....here another post to your thread on Intranet

Are you running PPC to this with adwords? I would think that using a frame page as your destination would give you a low quality score due to there being almost no content.

Why would you want to use blogger for stuff like this, when you could just create and manage those pages easily in something like Frontpage and just upload them to any cheap webhosting?

My previous occupation as a web developer is making me wish you didnt recommend frontpage to people!

Page looks good hope you get the results! Lerchmo can you still buy frump page?

Intranit why not buy a $7 throwaway camera, we'd enjoy your pictures more than your posts!

why would anyone put aff landing pages on blogger? don't have 5 bucks/month for hosting?

even if you can eliminate the search bar you still have the traffic leak at the bottom

Hence the "something like" in front of it. Actually, frontpage (although it's no longer sold) is just fine for one-off pages like landing pages, as long as you stay away from their automation crap. It's a hell of a lot easier to do a semi-complex layout in fp than hand-coding it all. But my point was, just use any web page editor and make a page, why go through the bother of doing it in blogger.

Blogger gets a lot of organic traffic, I have a blogger acc which i havent updated in years that still gets comments and regular visits..

But your right, I would rather use a basic html/css template and add some contexual advertising units

If they dont want to sign up to the scrap book you might get a click there instead of loosing the visit.
