Do a google search for "whois xml api"
The site that comes up has a reverse whois service. They seem a lot cheaper than Domain Tools.
I did a reverse search for "John Smith". Domain Tools wants to charge $1200 for the report. Whois XMl Api service charges $200.
Domain Tools has about 2000 more sites in their report though.
The thing I can't figure out is that the bulk pricing for Whois XML API says you can get 5 reverse lookups for $50.
So I'm not sure where the $200 they quote for the report comes in if you can get 5 reports for $50.
I must be missing something I guess.
Regardless might be an good alternative to domain tools
