I have been doing some research on making money from sites. I have heard good and bad about PPC i was thinking about going that way and I also heard good and bad about adsense. What is your advice on doing PPC and using adsense and what would be a safe way for a person starting off like me to get started.Would it be arbitrage or what do you all recommend?

I would recomend starting your own blog promoting affiliate products it is all free and some people make quite a bit of money from it.
Assuming that the blog is covering a niche, just start looking for related offers, something the your visitor demographic would find appealing.
From that point you can either place banners, links, etc in typical ad spots and in posts. You can also promote them with your posts by reviewing products and such.
Of course all of the above is really fucking general info, and you should do some more research around the forums.

thanks for the advice. Im kinda new to this but is there a company I go through to be able to promote the products on my blog? Also I have a website up already how can i get this site to where I can do PPC from it or is that a little too much for me to start with first?
PPC is a good way to make quick $$; however if you are in this for the long run, establish an affiliate relationship with a program that fit your traffic with a life time rev share!! Getting paid on recurring orders is a great way to build long term...and yes, it does take a while to get things rolling! PM if dating fits your niche.

Spend a shitload of your time just exploring keywords and cross reference demand with advertisers. No advertisers then go into some longer tail keywords with them and make your blog content on the long tail words with advertisers. Ki
I just found a search term with a million plus searches with no advertisers, placed a blog with adsense and I'm making money. Not huge but a profit.
Time one day.....profit $57 first day on my second arbi campaign...lucky, no, i just think outside the box and I just fucken do it................
