Besides the NUMEROUS physical benefits I've received from it (losing weight without much working out) it's given me a more motivated / positive outlook on my days. My back used to hurt from sitting for long periods, or would just have little aches here and there. All that shit is gone. My allergies have stopped bugging me and around this time of year I'm fucked up.
I'm a firm believer of "Living healthy and not looking healthy"..... So this is something that I choose to take head on and make a full commitment too. I think thats the only way it will work.
Not that I was depressed before, but what you eat I believe after starting this lifestyle has a tremendous effect on your mindset.
No grains for me, I do sometimes cheat on dairy because I love cheese...
Eat shit tons of bacon and manly meats. Never feel sick or tired...
Another big thing is good sunflower seeds unsalted... put em on your salads and shit. Incredible.
