Redirection question

I am starting a site targeting the college student market and I have certain anchor text links pointing to affiliate offers. If I use 301 or 302 redirection using PHP, is this a good idea for pointing to affilate offers that will change? If so, what is the better choice?

I appreciate any feedback.
