My hosting provider has been totally useless. Frequent downtimes, no redundancy, no support.

time to switch now, any recommendation on which hosting provider to use?

The most important part is 100% uptime (real not on paper), phone support, good overall customer service. Price isnt a issue. I need something which is managed coz am not a PRO at this.

there are a lot of good ones, but i don't think they come with phone support

good service = more money

stop using shared hosting and you will be better off

thanks guys, anyone on rackspace? I was checking them out last night but dont seem to be find a managed hosting. I don't need a lot of space or bandwidth. I mostly run simple HTML or CMS based sites for leadgens. Dont care about SERPs etc.

will checkout liquid.

+1 for LiquidWeb

I love Rackspace's cloud. For everything else they are overpriced.

I have a directadmin VPS with jaguarpc, fully managed, they're ok
I'm not a complex customer, they installed what I asked and configured it to work properly
not bad at all for the price

if you want an aff link pm me

I was with Rackspace for two years and moved to LiquidWeb. Rackspace is good but no better than LiquidWeb. You get a the same quality support and better pricing with Liquid. I would go with them.
