How you made it past 100 posts here is beyond me.....
I think it's great that people do well in this world and if anything it proves you can do well too.
Don't envy others.
DO SOMETHING. TAKE ACTION.
Every day, do ONE thing that is going to help you improve your life.
As others have said, study successful people, ask them questions (if possible), and understand what was essential to their success.
More importantly, though, you have to understand yourself. What is going to make you happy? For me, money means freedom.
I control my life 100%.
Today I was out on a nice motorcycle ride. A brand new yellow Lambo rolled up right behind me. About a year ago, I would have been dying with envy.
Today, I didnt' give a fuck. Not a single fuck.
I know shit doesn't make me happy. Happiness comes from within.

I'm sure since you are intimate with him so you are in a position to say this with accuracy (as opposed to people who make up their vision of the world based on small minded gossip) So I'm not going to argue your extremely well informed perception of reality. But I'm not so much jelly of him, more of his vision and decision making to get what he has.
But jelly is good for world development. Bad for personal development, but that is not what I'm after. At least right now.
Damn, while I was typing two potential conflicts started brewing - the zuckerberg one and the markbush one. Everything's back to normal.
I feel appreciation for people who got to a certain point through hard work and ingenuity and I honestly don't understand envy in that context.
I do feel some kind of jealousy I guess but more in the form of "whoa this guy is where I want to be, awesome stuff, I wish I was at that point now" but I don't know if that falls in the OP's category. If it does I don't understand why would anyone want to get rid of it because at least for me it has a very positive effect on my work since it motivates me hard.

You may not think too much about the question. The answer has some great points and that's why I shared it. Particularly, I believe happiness as the success and the answer supported my view.
It is the same type of jelly. Just that some people think "I can never get that' and so become small minded. While others, think "damn, I'm GOING to get that" and so get to a higher level of though.
Of course, there are those people who are genuinely content with their lives. This is awesome for them, but they are unlikely going to make any dent on their way out of this world.
Ryan Eagle is dead. He died in an apartment fire, likely due to a faulty meth lab.

I like the list, but I'm always sad to see how little self confidence people have. (People in general - not people in the thread, mind you.) It blows my mind someone would have a complex over $3,200 per year or the equivalent. *shakes head*
I stopped posting pictures on my FB of shit too flashy because some people would always get butthurt over it. Some people are happy to see their friends do well, and others hate it. The hard part is figuring out who your real friends are.
I agree with this. There's going to be a lot of people who are only your friends when your doing well with your life.
In my opinion.....all the more reason to flaunt. The people who don't really care about you piss off, and those who still care appreciate your hard work. Doesn't matter if people around you are happy. Matters if YOU'RE happy. Do whatever makes you happy.
People that actually have srs $$ don't care about flaunting.
Those with the desire to flaunt are usually the same ones with envy.
