you can sue someone for a gajillion million zillion AND WIN- doesn't mean you're gonna get shit and doesn't mean that party needs to run away to some 3rd world 'paradise' (or shithole).

O.J. murdered people and had a $30+ million judgment against him and he was playing golf and signing autographs for 15 years or whatever. Would still be just hanging out doing whatever he wanted if he didnt get caught up in that other shit.

Even if things don't get discharged in a Bankruptcy, it's pretty easy to keep living even with million$ in debt/judgments.
