REVIEW TIME

Quality 5/5: I ordered an infographic from these guys last month and got back an awesome, well researched piece of art. These are the sorts of infographics that can go viral. They provided a sketched wireframe/mockup on a piece of paper before creation and once I was happy with the look and content they proceeded to create the infographic. (all management was done in basecamp)

Price 5/5: You would expect to pay $500+ for an infographic alone at this quality if you were to use a graphic designer. On top of this they promote the infographic through their social and link building channels which is a bonus.

Support 5/5: These guys respond fast through basecamp and are also on Skype most times of the day with any questions you have. If you need changes to any of the submissions they have created they are more than happy to make changes.

Overall 5/5: I look forward to my next order!

Its not just 1 person working on this program. We have 18 employees and 4 is dedicated on customer service. Submitting reports, 24/7 skype support, Employee management to make sure we all replies to queries via basecamp and dedicated Email Support. My first order from them was a piece of quality that no info graphic design app like canva or whatever else can get you. The edit requests I made were attended to promptly because they use base camp to chart the progress and communicate.

For additional customer service support, i guarantee that if you hit them up on skype-you will be attended to in a short period of time. I myself had to enquire and discuss certain things with them,and Skype was just awesome.

Right now,I'm awaiting for my second order's wireframe to be sent to me...I have absolute confidence that the concept and imagery will be fantastic.

Highly recommended, and definitely reliable.

REVIEW OF JUFCY PRO PACKAGE

Quality 5/5: Placed my order and immediately got invited to their Basecamp and added to Skype for easier contact with customer service. At first it took a few days before things started up, but once I asked them about it they apologized because this was right at the launch and they had a big load of customers. From here on they have been nothing but grand.

I received a mockup of the infographic which fit my description really well. I had minor changes I wanted, and they responded immediately with exactly what I wanted. This went back and forth as I felt I could get even more changes as they were quick to do revisions.

Price 5/5: You get way more than you pay for with their pro package. The infographic is of very high quality and you get enough revisions to get it the way you want it. They will also be doing the marketing for you if you prefer that, which is a big load off for those of us who are busy with a lot in this biz.

Support 5/5: Their follow up is second to none. You can discuss specific parts of the milestones on Basecamp and if you have any questions or problems you can always turn to Skype where they are quick to answer and very helpful.

Overall 5/5: I am very happy with the package. The value you get is good, quality of the infographic is very high and the work is solid. The team works well and you get the support you need if you have questions. Definitely recommended!

Can you clarify the nature/scope of the research you mentioned? What if I already provide my own content draft?

Yes you can always do that! There's 2 option

1. Bring your own content and lets chat on skype for your discount :) 2. If your content cannot be turned into an inforgraphic then lets do our own research and then you can edit them all you want after the writing :) Its always your choice of writing, your choice of topic and your choice whther to approve the research or not or edit or completely redo.

One things for sure. We will not more on until you say yes on every mockup that we have :D
