PSD to XHTML Service Providers?

Anyone here do this? Looking for someone to take PSDs and convert them into XHTML for me. Clean compliant code that works on all browsers, decent turnaround times, dependability and reasonable pricing are my concerns.

Discalimer: I'm looking at ramping up my client services volume in the coming months, so I'm trying to find good candidates now. I don't have a project that requires this today, but it's likely I will have several within a few weeks. I don't want someone I work with once, this will be ongoing work for the right person.

I realize there are a number of companies that provide this service, but I'd prefer a direct relationship.
