Protecting PDF and Video

For my poker coaching website I am contemplating providing my students with PDF handouts and video.

What would be my best solution in terms of protection?

Obviously any protection can be broken relatively easy but at least it would act as an impediment.

Ideally I would be looking for something that when a student buys a lesson package with the PDF Handout and the video I will issue them with a user and pass for each.

Because the protection is more or less a paper tiger I would not be looking to spend a lot of money on the protection itself.

Are there other options I have?

Obviously no matter how good the protection it will always be able to be broken.

But I would at least like something there to make it a little harder then just hit Send File.

Look through this company's products

Look into this:

PDF Security Protection Digital Rights Management DRM Solution - PDF OwnerGuard

It's a PDF security program. I have not used it myself but have heard good things about it. The personal edition is free, but for ALL of the functions you have to request a price based on your projects. Read through the landing page to see.

The above also protects FLV files.

Here's the download page for all of the FREE personal editions which include a VIDEO protector. Maybe look through them and download a few for free and see if they may suit your needs.

Adobe® Flash OwnerGuard
PDF Security OwnerGuard

These are two of the products offered on their download page.

Armjisoft - Armjisoft Downloads

From what you said you are looking to do, this company just may have the tools you need. (No, I'm NOT affiliated with them. Maybe I should be, hmm....lulz.)
