Progeria or Primordial Dwarfism?

I can't figure out what this kid has:

It's either Progeria or Primordial Dwarfism. His Myspace page says he's 16 and his Youtube says he's 22, but I really can't tell either way.

Watch some of his other videos if you want full body shots. He's really short and emaciated, so I'm leaning towards Primordial Dwarfism.

Looks like Progeria or whatever that rapid aging disease is.

And I'm pretty sure but I laughed at the image and at this point, am pretty sure I am going to hell when I die.

With progeria people's faces are more distorted like this.. thats my vote - progeria

If it's progeria, then he's probably not 22. 16 would be stretching it- although some may live into their late 20s, most never live 20 years.
