Pretty Cool Free Tool...Saves your eyes / better sleep

Ive been using this a while for when my eyes get strained from reading shit throughout the day. Noticed a good improvement after a few months of use. Then again I noticed the same affects when reducing contrast/brightness.

Next best thing after this is either ambient lighting + flux or dropping it totally and getting gunnar glasses. It seems the glasses have some sort of amplifying effect and better clarity when viewing certain objects. Guess ill have to read up more on them.

BIG thanks to the OP, I installed a few days ago, I wasn't sure it made a difference at first, but I can now really tell the difference. I've also installed workrave. Great thread.

What the fuck kind of online marketer runs AdBlock. You WANT to block out your competition so you have no idea what they're doing?

Fuck you're retarded.

+1 - Used AdBlock religiously until I discovered AM

Meh. I thought about this before. I tried going without adblock for a few weeks. Didn't see any difference. Most of the ads are generic anyways and don't matter to me. What interests me the most is landing pages, offers, etc... Adblock doesn't block that.

Cause ads don't lead to landers.
