Hi All,

I have a .Com domain/site with PR3 and and category is Lyrics/Music.

Currently Site has Zero OBL.
Maximum Ten Outbound Links will be allowed.

Rate is 9$/3 month for one link.
Rate is 30$/Year for one link.

With homepages there´s always a problem... if they are not supported by strong inner (or god bless outer...) page links to those homepages it is quite useless to get links from them. I am not a GoogPR advocate anyway if you have a PR3 home with - say - 27 PR1 pages pointing to that PR3 home - it is OK. Otherwise - blown with the wind...

Dear you may be right in your own opinion but the fact is that Google counts the value of the page where your link resides, say if you have a very strong home page in term of PR and you place your link on any inner page which is with lower PR it will not be a wise decision. As per my experience a good PR site always accompanies with other good pages.
