99% of you guys aren't doing arbitrage right. You're throwing up MFA sites.
Ok, so could you elaborate on what you feel we aren't doing "right" ?
There's a difference between the common conception of MFA sites and "arbi" sites. They both serve the same purpose and work based on the same principle. But MFA sites are sites with several interlinked pages made to look like a legit site. An MFA site will typically have submenus, internal links, "legit" content, often some kind of branding (like About.com), etc.
Arbitrage sites are just individual pages with no links to anywhere else. They're set up with bare-bone, ugly templates containing nothing but some shit content (often scraped and Markov'ed) and ads. Nothing else.
I know for a fact that I am doing arbitrage exactly the way it has been discussed on this forum. So I know the type of site I am setting up is not the problem.
The problem is getting enough traffic. And apparantly I am not the only one having this problem.
It appears there are really only 3 decent choices for arbi traffic:
- 7search
- M$N Adcenter
- Google Adwords
Several others exist, but pretty much everyone here agree that they are worthless suckers. These include; Searchfeed, Looksmart, Miva, Adbrite, and others. You never hear about anyone getting good arbi traffic from those.
So....
7search = Decent quality (CTR) traffic, but shit volume
M$N Adcenter = Decent? (I am considering them, but their UI is sooo bad)
Google Adwords = High quality traffic and high volume, BUT... comes with a guarantee of getting smartpriced up the ass, hence reducing profit severely.
And as far as MFYPN, many of us live in Europe and cannot use YPN. So it's Adsense or nothing. :xomunch:
