Not for many days. We are not having our website spammed and that is why we have capped OBL to 40 Only. Its not possible to provide posts on main page for many days when you are getting only 40 OBL. We take good care of quality. Also your question answer, depends on order count.
 
Looks like nice strong network. I preffer small networks for my money sites so 1 order to see some results.
 
Inititally i closed his thread tab, when i saw only 18 sites.
Today i opened it again and found 2 PR5 and 13 PR4.
I thought its much as PR is not like this in other guys networks.
I gave him 1 keyword and 1 url only as i was not expecting anything from only 18 links.
I got reports just in my InBox and ranking has moved from 14 to 2.
I don't think, $18 can give you something better.
