My favorite book is The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck by Mark Manson. It is a self-help book.
This is one of the honest books I've ever read which basicallly tells us that happiness and success depends on our own metric and values.
We should accept the fact that life is a journey of solving problems and happiness is not define as not having problemss. Happiness is solving your problem with the creation of another problem.
To be successful, we just need to pick our own struggle in life which makes us feel better.
It also points out that we should only care or think on things that really matter. If you can filter out which is crucial, then that is a sign of maturity.
Because you'll no longer acting like a child whose interest is only fixed on things that are shallow in nature.
