POF Conversions Plummet on Weekends?

I've been running several different dating offers on POF lately and had some great success - during the week that is....

Every weekend when I try and run my campaigns the conversions absolutely sink, yet my CTR remains the same. I usually hover around a 1:8 - 1:14 conversion rate during the week...which is fine, but during the weekend it's literally like 60:1 (sometimes much worse).

This has happened consecutively for a month now. This includes several offers as well as several demographics, all which run smooth and profitable during the week.

I'm well aware that there is much more traffic on the weekends, but what the hell? I've tried upping my bids both lightly and heavily, but it does even worse. The only thing that slightly helps is removing some of my demo's to open he traffic and bid the lowest CPM possible. This still is completely unreliable and undependable.

From what I've heard, dating is supposed to kill it on the weekends, but I've been getting fucked. Does this happen to anyone else? Any thoughts/solutions?

OP, you are crazy. Pause the campaign on weekends and stop worrying.
 
Whenever I run our offers on the weekends we end up getting killed. Weekend traffic blows.
 
I assume the demographics on the weekend are completely different than during the week. You should probably be testing different kinds of creatives on weekends, stuff that is much different than your weekday fare.
 
Do you use different Adcopy for weekends, just run the same ad..

Different ad copy act differently depending the time of the day or the week.

I'm starting to realize that weekend traffic and weekday traffic are a whole different ballgame. I'm going to create entirely new campaigns for weekends.

Perhaps weekday traffic consists of people actually trying to find a mate, while weekend's consists of people wanting to get laid.

Damn those tits... I'm faping asap. Before I go, weekend traffic really sucks. The mindset is entirely different, now change your campaigns and maybe even your offer. Think God damn it.

CPM's increase on the weekends because traffic is good and there's a lot more of it. Are you keeping your CPM's the same or increasing like everyone else is? We built in a "bulk campaign management" link at the top of your account for this reason (increase all CPM's on all campaigns by $0.15 or whatever).

Yeah, it's definitely not the CPM bid...I've tried several different intervals. Again, the clicks are there, just the conversions are terrible.

I haven't fooled with Frequency Cap much, just tried 5 and 8. I've tried different login counts, but wasn't consistent enough to note anything honestly. I was trying to think of a way to target common weekday users during the weekend....I thought maybe increasing the login count much higher might do this.

Like guerilla said, time for something weekend specific.
