Please recommend a good affiliate network to newbie - i'd like be your referral

I made some success with arbitrage however i am very new to affiliate marketing.

As mentioned in some other post, i did tried some affiliate stuff with linkshare for a week. I spent $44 in ppc and get $32 in return (that is $12 lost).

I don't quite like linkshare as the report sucks. I also applied for CJ months before but they are really arrogant and don't really care about replying my enquries (i had ask some question regarding tax form, I am not in US btw)

I also signed up with shareasale, their response is fast but i can't find some good merchant there (maybe i am too new to identify them)

can anyone recommend some good affiliate network that is:

1. fast in payment (i've no idea how fast is fast, i hope it won't be slower than adsense)
2. fast in replying enquiries,
3. EPCs are generally good (btw, my arbitrage ROI is around 200%-250%)
4. established and reputable.

I've been using CPA Empire almost exclusively for awhile now. If you can rack in $1,000+/week, they will wire you payments weekly which helps a lot. My AM has always been pretty helpful whenever I had questions or needed them to match a CPA offer from another affiliate network. If I were you, I'd test the waters with a few networks and see what works for you the best.

You will get looked after at both these networks. EPC totally depends on how you market it, but I've had good results with both of these (esp Azoog)

Neverblueads & Hydramedia pay also Paypal.
Azoogleads pays bankwire smaller amounts as well if I am not mistaken.

Above mentioned ad networks are popular among many affiliates!
 
CPA Empire is the absolute best for email/zip offers. Doing over $100/day here with them.
 
Copeac seems to be pretty good so far, I just signed up and DaniI from wickedfire is my affiliate manager. She seems to be really good so far and is alway replying quick to my stupid questions

My first offer with Azoogle has been converting well thus far. I like them much better than CJ (Boooooo) because they have up to the minute stats and haven't ripped me off yet. (Yaaaaaay)
