I've heard some talk about Ping.fm, but I want to know how this can really benefit me?

What can I do with this kind of service?

People sell ping.fm accounts with already installed. I mean they signup for all websites which is supported by ping.fm (look here - Ping.fm / Supported Social Networks) and then sell this accounts, this way people pay for getting ready to use accounts.

That is fine, but you're doing this the wrong way. Your last few questions are questions I'm sure you have the smarts to answer yourself. Play detective a bit.

Bam! Question answered. Now that we know what it does, let's use our newly honed detective skills to try and figure out why someone would buy an account.

You mean I have to create an account on all of those websites to maximize my use of Ping.fm? That could take a lot of time away from me that could be better spent doing an activity with a higher return (see: comparative advantage).

That took 3.1245 minutes, less than the time required to create this thread and keep watch on it. Alternatively, we could have simply visited and read a sales thread. Being a n00b and being lazy are two different things. Now go play with your friend.
