Hello my veteran friends,will some body tell me whether it is possible
to join any credible affiliate program by making the necessary payment
through Western Union. I have observed that most of the programs
insist on the applicant should have the credit card or the paypal acct.

I will be much obliged for any information in this regard

I do not belong to Nigeria or any other african country. I am an Indian.
And I hate scammers.To be frank I do not know Western Union is so
much associated with scamming.
I am just interested in seeking an alternative to the credit card and the
paypal for payment
 
If i was nigerian scammer, I would also lie about my true identity...
 
Western Union is often associated with scammers. I can't say for 100% about your particular situation, but usually when a business only wants funding by WU they are either providing an illegal service, or trying to rip you off. I don't know why you would prefer to send via WU and not anything else, you will have zero protection and no recourse if you do get ripped off....
 
WU is great for people that live in fucked up part of the World, i.e. me in Croatia. I can't receive money via PayPal so WU, cheque and electronic transfer are my only options...
 
I am from India and let me assure you that you "cannot" receive funds via Western Union. As the FEMA (Foreign Exchange Management Act) prohibits the use of Money transfer services for commercial transaction.

What is wrong with Paypal ? Get a fucking credit card and get yourself verified. Paypal now has a Paypal to Bank system, that sends fund directly to your account within 3-4 days.

If you're having problems getting a credit card, do this trick. Walk in to your nearest ICICI bank and tell them you need a credit card against an FD with the bank. Then deposit 10k INR in the bank and open a Fixed Deposit Account, once set you can get a card against that account with ease. The card will have 80-85% credit limit of the FD, but what the heck you have a credit card.

If you want a still quicker method, get an HDFC bank account or if some of your friends has one, ask them to login to their online account and generate a netsafe card for you with Rs. 100 as the balance. Use this card to verify your Paypal account. P/S - This method falls slightly on the grey side, as it basically demeans the entire purpose of "verification".

Or still better, what's wrong with Cheque payments or International Bank Wire ?
