Current Diet:
Breakfast: red bull
lunch: taco bell/burger king/pizza hut or similar
snack: chips or candy bar
dinner: meat + carb or bowl of life cereal
I chew tobacco, drink 3-4 energy drinks daily, eat ice cream regularly and drink alcohol 3 times per week.
I'm planning on doing a little clean-up.
Breakfast: Veggie omelette + 2 cups of coffee
Lunch: meat + veggie ( need a couple of ideas for quick preparation that I can bring with me to the office ? )
Snack: beef jerky or protein shake + greens
Dinner: meat + veggie + fat
Snack: beef jerky or protein shake

Ah fair enough. But yeah, just eating a balanced sensible diet would be the best option - for example, there's been people in here suggesting dinners of omelette, but then saying to avoid pasta... Quite honestly, that makes no sense. Eggs are full of fat (admittedly not saturated, still bad though) as is cheese (assuming people are putting cheese in their omelettes). Not to mention the oil you're frying it in.No. It's not atkins. Atkins is fucking retarded. Paleo usually ends up being low carb, just because most of the foods in it are low carb -- however, it is not based around low carb eating. It's more about eating real foods.
Truthfully, I'm not a big fan of putting how people eat into groups like "Paleo" and "Vegan" etc. I think it's just another way for people to be douchebags and pull some us vs. them bullshit. Ultimately the secret to health is eating real food.

The REAL paleo foods are colorful, leafy veggies. Lots and lots of em. People get wayy too wrapped into the high-fat, high-protein thing and forget that its plants that provide nutrients.
I have a CSA box delivered once a week to my door - all locally grown, nearly all organic veggies and peppers and whatever they give me from CA. Support local, non-pesticide, non-GMO food - you'll be happy you did when the next gas crisis hits. For the LA guys like Blu, the one I use is FFTY - I tell them not to give me corn or eggplant, and they substitute it with other stuff if it's in that week's batch.
For grass-fed beef, I order from Open Space Meats - Healthy Grass Fed Natural Beef - it's really not that expensive for the 20lb family box (10lbs ground, 10lbs random steaks, AMAZING TASTE). They only deliver to nearby states though.
As an internet marketer I hate to say this, but you can buy all the shit you want on the net, the REAL paleo food is eating green plants, and that isn't as easy to buy online.
