I'm gonna give it a go, and hope for the best.
Although, I can't see why this blog network is different than the others, and how you gonna make sure to avoid what happened to the others.

this is the main question everyone wanna get answer before spend 400 $. waiting for detailed reviews.
All our blogs are checked manually, and we monitor all articles on the fly to make sure they are not spun or of rubish quality.
also the footprint of the blogs is practically 0 accept for the fact that you may link to the same domain that is the only footprint. We have personally ran our own networks for 6+ years and had not 1 de index using the same algorithm in which paid2rank runs on.
what about reports?

1) Does only 1 post go to only 1 blog?
2) Please provide us with a list of niches you have.
3) If you only have a few blogs in a particular niche won't it create a HUGE footprint to have those blogs always linking to the same sites?

1. Yes 1 post will go to only 1 blog, the next unique post you post will go to another high pr blog not the same

If there is a category with high posts's we alter the blogs being added to fill up that category to cope with the posts so each blog can only get posted on a day, for example if Fashion is getting 500 posts a day, we will bias blogs until the category reaches 600 so each post you do a day only goes to one blog a day.
