This list is HIGH PR, do follow blogs to place comments on. However, they are not majority auto approve but mixed. Some are, most are moderated, some require registration.​

There are over EIGHT HUNDRED links in this list.​

Hello, there are over 800 listed in my list. You can try to promote whatever however keep in mind there are moderated blogs. On them if you try to post 100 links in the comment box you won't be able to. Its best to use the name and website fields to get 1 backlink.

Quantity:
The quantity is really good and you will get some high PR blog pages as well. Its really good.

Quality:
This is where my concern is, few pages dont have option of posting the comment means they are home pages but still its there in the list.
And few pages were moderated it is clearly mentioned by OP.

The advantage of the list is you will get really good High PR pages for the cheap price, few pages has very less OBL and it gives you good SERP results as well.
If OP removes the home pages(dont have commenting option) pages then this is the steal.
i will rate 8/10
