[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica][FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica] If you had a remote worker in a low cost country, what admin tasks would you outsource to them?

My first thoughts are:

- keyword research
- competitive intelligence
- blog updates
- article writing

What else would you have them do to help your online business? I do a number of things online, including affiliate marketing. So if you have any ideas on affiliate tasks, that would be handy.

Thanks,

Jon

I'd do some link building and directory submission. Depending on the person, blog updates and article writing probably wouldn't be a job for a foreigner. Data entry would be key too if you were building a directory or something.

I'd also be careful with keyword research as a foreigner will never think the same way as a native speaker.

Yeah, I wouldn't trust anyone to do keyword research but myself at the scale that I am currently at. I'd rather hire a college student that knows nothing about IM to do keyword research than a foreigner that may or may not know what I want that research for.

Interesting topic... i am actually beginning to build a little business around outsourcing to web professionals.

I am keeping it simple for now to Forum Moderation, Running Online ad sales systems, and Running online commerce for businesses... i would be cautious to except marketing related admin tasks but thats me and also because unless you hire well the performance of your marketing efforts could go down if you make the wrong choice in outsourcing. No plug intended though... no spamming here
