I'm up to 2 dedicated servers and a few stray shared hosting accounts. Over 500 domains. How the fuck did anyone keep track of that shit before Domain Dashboard? If any of you have 50+ domains and are trying to build up a network -- definitely look into DD.
A few months ago I would have said I had a solution to keeping track of which sites link to which sites. I started building up an excel file based on a flowchart concept. Nice little boxes with arrows representing links pointing to other domains. For less than 50 sites, I think it looks good and allows a quick overview of the network. Once you cram a few hundred domains into the flowchart, the thin arrows start blocking out domains in the middle...it's a mess. If you have a small network to organize - PM me and I'll send the template to you.
So how are you bitches with 1000's of domains staying organized?
