i just booked the westin - Intercontinental is too rich for my blood. Didn't see any good W deals.

Staying at the Hilton at Union Square. The Clift Hotel is another good spot, I also think the Sir Francis Drake is a nice hotel (only $113 a night on Hotels.com). Just make sure to get a hotel within half a mile (so 5-10 minute walk) of the Moscone.

Yes. During the day walk around exhibit hall getting free shit and traffic sources. At night hang out with WF members (or strippers if you prefer).
