theres no need to listen to his entire statement. speeches by politicians are never about their intentions. theyre about manipulating minds.

saying "you didnt build that" is wrong. the context doesnt matter. give me an example where a ruler telling his people that "you didnt build that" is not trying to make some of them angry at someone other.

saying "you didnt build that" where "that" refers to infrastructure which was built by stealing from the people in the first place is making them slaves.

saying "you didnt build that" where "you" refers to business owners and "that" refers to its employees invalidates the entirety of contract freedom within just 4 words.

that puts obama right behind hitler (endlösung/final solution) and mao (great leap forward) in the game of insult the most people with the fewest words. BUT NO NEED TO BE MAD OR ANYTHING

The peano axioms are the postulation of the existence of the natural numbers (1, 2, 3, ...).

Using only those, we could write 2+2 as 1+1 + 1+1 -> (2+1)+1 = 3+1 = 4, assuming you pick the usual names for the numbers.

Most of the math you have come in contact with can be derived from just that small set of axioms.

The exercise is a shitty one because 2+2 = 4 doesnt leave much space for showing off the ability to prove the validity of a statement. But before you can go any deeper, you should first at least acquire a solid understanding of a couple algebraic structures.

You can't have opinions and data, because you already insisted truth was subjective. Your "data" only means whatever anyone wants it to mean, and thus, is without objective meaning at all.

This is not the first, but perhaps the last time I advise you to learn how to think logically. It will keep you from making these gross errors when you try to express yourself.

Wow! I read through this whole thread. I actually admire your openness to express your opinions on the forum - which has long since become a farcical play featuring intellectual sycophants who are hand puppets to a few influencers on here. They usually support almost all arguments with some derivation of:
blah blah blah Mises Institute quote...

Then they never fail to start rattling off theories about communism and socialism though few if any can actually distinguish the difference between the two - let alone acknowledge that the US economy has always been mixed.

The best bit is when they start sprouting off economic theories (ain't naming no names) as if they've been judged as experts - by a jury of peers (note: anyone can call themselves an expert in medicine...if you haven't passed the boards you are not allowed to practice - well maybe on Wickedfire - haahah)


Anyhoo, it usually gets more entertaining. When other arguments don't work, they yell out "we don't want America to become like Europe! (as if it's one country mind you)". This conjures up a mythical 1967-esque mind-picture of a place where fair haired children stand in lines begging for bread while their grandmothers stay at home watching black and white TVs - glancing over at pictures of Lenin during commercials of course....

It's nice to know the more things change the more things stay the same on Wafo - mybad, I mean WF:smokin:
