Nudity allowed on youtube?

Youtube is featuring a new series on its homepage called "Sex: How to do everything - part1". The screenshot is of a nude woman with bare titties on display. I clicked on it and the whole show has tons of nudity init and boobies galore. So what's the deal with this, are they going against their own ToS?

P.S. I'm in the UK and I don't think this comes up for Americans.
 


..just imagine if youtube hosted an adult only section (porn).. with premium $ monthly access.. goodbye current adult tube sites.
 
Yeah... wonder why it'd show up for you and but not here in the U.S. ? And no way all the other adult sites would just disappear.. severe dip in traffic but the other competitors will always be there.
 
Seen breastfeeding on there. Seems to pop-up everytime I search for it on there... daily.
