Of Note: I figure I ask here since the WF Official Ask Mailers Your Questions Thread has lack of replies.

Just got into mailing. I signed up with one of the email marketing software companies. I have a unique permission-based way to get leads/opt-ins (hope it works).

When I signed up, I filled in my real name and address and then I realized when beginning my first campaign the sender email address, reply-to email address; it shows my personal email. I figure this is an easy fix, if I had reg'd a domain and had used an email addy from domain.

My question:

How do I deal with the Include a Company Mailing Address in the footer of the email to be in compliance with CAN-SPAM regulations? Because it shows my full name and address.

Do I make something up and/or will I need a company address, so-to-speak?

Thanks.

Yes you need an address..

You can make something up if you like the idea of getting raped in the ass.

Get an address from the UPS store... Or you can try using Earth Class Mail. Though I hear that is used heavily by spammers

I have asked this question before and those were the answers I got.
