Hi there...

I made a HUGE mistake an went for what i thought would be some high traffic keywords.

"cheap web hosting"
"cheap VPS"
"cheap dedicated server"
"cheap hosting"

I am first page of google for all the above however traffic is pretty lame.
The site is a "blog" and gets ONLY 100 uniques a day but saying that it's pretty targeted traffic.

I tried a few affiliates but in 1 month the total CJ earnings was "£100"

Thi sis my first affiliate site and would love some help/advice from what looks like a knowledgeable forum..

You might want to take another look, cause you're not in the top 10 for 75% of those keywords you just listed. Rankings change all the time - you have to keep building links, adding content, and staying relevant to maintain rank in any niche.

If you want to sell products/affiliate links on your blog, why do you have Google Ads on your blog? You want other people to sell what you are offering on your blog? If you want sales, don't give them the option to leave your page.

google.co.uk I am in the top 10 every day for the past 6 months.
google.com I agree I am only 75% there yet but its coming. I also need to know if it's worth it for me.

yeah, get rid of the adsense, stick your affiliate links at the top and start concentrating more on MSN and Yahoo cos they are used much more here in the UK than other countries. If the thought of earning nothing but learning loads from this attempt is not good enough then no it's probably not worth it.
