No lead gen CPA offers in my niche, where do find?

I am in the plastic surgery niche so the leads should be extremely valuable, but there are literally NO affiliate networks (at least that I am aware of) that have anything related to the niche.

All the website that come in Google for "sale leads, sell plastic surgery leads, plastic surgery lead gen" etc. are terrible, look like they haven't been updated since 1998 and don't even have a phone number listed -_-

Anybody know a good place to sell leads too in the plastic surgery niche?
 


Plenty of health insurance and 'facelift in a bottle' offers out there. Might not be what you want, but its a stopgap solution until you get something else in place.
 
Those leads would be ABSOLUTELY USELESS for health insurance. Just call up some plastic surgeons and see where it goes.
 
The problem is you can't "Just call up a plastic surgeon" They are harder to reach on the phone directly than Osama Bin laden and also I collect leads from all over the USA...

Call the biggest ones in each state.

Get creative and send them something in the mail like a fedex package or something. The secretary won't filter something like that out.
 
Im in a niche like this where at first glance it was hard to find someone to buy the leads. step 1) admit your not a great cold calling salesman, hire someone great off craigslist. step 2) hit up linked in for groups in your niche, start messaging people in there,
step 3) start cold calling people up and keep ringing phones all day. Shouldnt take more then a week or two to find someone. Even if you can only hit the big 5 states that would be enough!
