I don't ask for reviews or iTrader, but I make it easy for people to leave iTrader by giving them the link to my iTrader page in the same email that I send their order. I feel like this increases the chances that they will leave iTrader while also making things as easy as possible on the client -- which is kind of the point in my mind.
