No 1099 from Neverblue for 2009?

Anyone else not receive a 1099 from Neverblue for last year? I'm getting my taxes prepared and just realized they never sent me one. I've tried to get in touch with them, but haven't heard anything back yet. Anyone else?

Neverblue is Canadian, holmes. (AKA, they don't have to send US tax forms)

And also, you don't need 1099's to do your taxes.
