I love niche links! +1 already!
Too early to tell from SERPS (although Bing just jumped from #22 to #3 for this competitive keyword, interesting)...
...but I know for a FACT that quality guest posts on niche sites work. It's just tough to get them. Anytime you can get a link like this, DO IT.
For this, I was offered 7 different sites (which I plan to eventually get some kind of link on every one of them), and picked the one that fit this niche best. It was a PR1 domain.
The article was very well written. If it wasn't a native English speaker, then they were a STUD writer for a non-English speaker. It was exactly as I wanted... had bold, italics, bullets, snazzy picture... all the good stuff to make a post look nice. And my link/anchor exactly as I requested.
Do yourself a test and find 10 good niche links to a medium-competition page that you have written well. Grab a few of these as part of that. Keep your anchors smart... and I can nearly guarantee you it will work. hungryim above is right.

I got my copy for free, but I think this service is competitively priced. In-context dofollow, niche relevant links are as good as it gets, and I don't think you can ever have too many of them. As tier 1 links, you can't do better, and I think this service provides excellent value for the price.

I supplied Anand with a KW, and a 1 anchor and he posted a very well-written article that would be suitable for publication on an inner page of my money site. He followed my requests regarding # of anchors exactly, and I received an in-context, dofollow link on a site within my general niche with a homepage PR of 3. I have no complaints whatsoever regarding this service, and I'd encourage anyone who is looking to build more quality links to consider Anand's services.
It's still a little early to tell, but it looks like I'm seeing some movement from this link already. I haven't been building any other links to this site, so I'm content to say that this service is responsible for the upward SERP movement.

He let me choose between a few websites in the health niche for my post. Several were pr3 and a few were pr2, all were indexed in google and were decent looking themes as well.
He wrote the post and it was done well even though I didn't give any instructions just a topic. Although my review was free I am going to be making a few orders soon because the quality/time/communication is well worth the dollars spent.
I didn't have the comments added but I have ordered those from Seocare in the past and can vouch they are worth adding for the extra $5.

Just got the report for my 5 pack. I can't yet comment on how it's affected rankings because of how recently they were completed, but here's what I like about the service:
You're given a pretty extensive list of sites to choose from that relate to your specific niches and keywords. The sites are all at least a few years old and have solid PR. The content on the sites is pretty damn legit. The articles don't all link out, which keeps things looking way more benign and chill to google. The quality of the articles and the way they do link out also checks out to a human visitor. The content on most of the articles is actually legit, useful content. I don't see these sites getting deindexed, devalued, or penalized at any point in the near future.
I had anand write the article for me, and despite him only charging 7 dollars, I got articles that were at least 10 dollars in quality, and I saved the time/hassle of outsourcing the work myself. That's a big plus.
At 25 dollars, plus 5 measly bucks for 10 high quality blog comments as tier 2 links, this is exactly what you need post-penguin - High quality, contextual niche links, which are themselves backlinked in an equally careful and relevant way.
Also, anand is probably top 3 in communication out of the dozens of service providers I've used over the years. Dude is ALWAYS on skype - he's superhuman. I'm not sure how he does it. He also will follow up to make sure your order is exactly how you want it. Couldn't be happier with that.
Pending how the rankings work out, I'll definitely use anand as part of my overall strategy.

Review of this service!
Thought I would take the time to give a review of the service after seeing results rather than leaving a review the day I had been given the reports.
I ordered 3 guest posts for one of my sites 10 days ago.
Targeting 3 different keywords/urls
All are now on page one.
They are 3 word terms, with well written content pages.
I ordered the extra blog comments as well not sure is this made a difference or not but would advise to add it.
The blogs were really industry related to the niche and ok they weren't alexa rank 300 or anything if any! But they had 30+ pages of really well written content that made me go for the deal.

I've had Anand working on guest posts for a number of my sites before this service went live and it really works!
The sites I've used these niche posts no are outranking my other sites for the same terms with tonnes more links.
Since Penguin it seems a small number of these are far more powerful than thousands of low quality links. I haven't even built any links the articles yet and 100% of them were indexed without a single link, can't wait to see what happens once I unleash on them
