I love niche links! +1 already!
Too early to tell from SERPS (although Bing just jumped from #22 to #3 for this competitive keyword, interesting)...
...but I know for a FACT that quality guest posts on niche sites work. It's just tough to get them. Anytime you can get a link like this, DO IT.
For this, I was offered 7 different sites (which I plan to eventually get some kind of link on every one of them), and picked the one that fit this niche best. It was a PR1 domain.
The article was very well written. If it wasn't a native English speaker, then they were a STUD writer for a non-English speaker. It was exactly as I wanted... had bold, italics, bullets, snazzy picture... all the good stuff to make a post look nice. And my link/anchor exactly as I requested.
Do yourself a test and find 10 good niche links to a medium-competition page that you have written well. Grab a few of these as part of that. Keep your anchors smart... and I can nearly guarantee you it will work. hungryim above is right.

Anand sent me a list of blogs to choose from, I made my choice, and he posted the article. When that post was deleted, he sent me a new list, I made a 2nd choice, and he posted the article promptly.

I got my copy for free, but I think this service is competitively priced. In-context dofollow, niche relevant links are as good as it gets, and I don't think you can ever have too many of them. As tier 1 links, you can't do better, and I think this service provides excellent value for the price.

I supplied Anand with a KW, and a 1 anchor and he posted a very well-written article that would be suitable for publication on an inner page of my money site. He followed my requests regarding # of anchors exactly, and I received an in-context, dofollow link on a site within my general niche with a homepage PR of 3. I have no complaints whatsoever regarding this service, and I'd encourage anyone who is looking to build more quality links to consider Anand's services.
It's still a little early to tell, but it looks like I'm seeing some movement from this link already. I haven't been building any other links to this site, so I'm content to say that this service is responsible for the upward SERP movement.

He let me choose between a few websites in the health niche for my post. Several were pr3 and a few were pr2, all were indexed in google and were decent looking themes as well.
He wrote the post and it was done well even though I didn't give any instructions just a topic. Although my review was free I am going to be making a few orders soon because the quality/time/communication is well worth the dollars spent.
I didn't have the comments added but I have ordered those from Seocare in the past and can vouch they are worth adding for the extra $5.

I've had Anand working on guest posts for a number of my sites before this service went live and it really works!
The sites I've used these niche posts no are outranking my other sites for the same terms with tonnes more links.
Since Penguin it seems a small number of these are far more powerful than thousands of low quality links. I haven't even built any links the articles yet and 100% of them were indexed without a single link, can't wait to see what happens once I unleash on them

I also got a chance to use this service a couple times and I was impressed with it. What i really like is that you get to pick the sites from a supplied list of sites in your niche.
Timing and communication as stated above were good. I supplied the articles. I can't say too much on SERP movement because I had too much other stuff going on with sites I used this on, both good and bad, but I would definitely put this in the good pile.
I recieved my report form Anand today. Let me tell you all that I my experience could not have been any better. Anand was extremely professional, Responsive and polite. I requested article and Url edits and they were done fast with no questions asked. I will definitely send him more orders.

I didn't get all pr3's like other people were talking about but I was being kind of picky. I turned down a few pr3 sites he had in order to go for sites that I felt more comfortable getting links from and that I felt were more in line with my site. Some of the sites had blogrolls I was a little weary of but thats just me being paranoid and not all the sites in the list were loaded with them. They didn't have huge ones, just a few pharma blogrolls and whatnot. not all were like this though.
The posts themselves were way way above what I was expecting. I got 4 of them all different subjects and each article was enough to surprise me. good phrasing, pictures, lists, the works. Definitely not just the scraped spun block paragraph junk.
If anand can start sourcing a bit better sites to guest blog on then this service will be a total no brainer, but even still it is a service I will use again I'm sure.
This shit works.
SEO's have to stop buying spun web 2.0 bullshit, and start building content through high quality guest posting, if you aren't doing it you better start.
