hmm $10 a month v 14.40 a year...just a few QQ does it come with cpanel etc etc and what happens if I go over bandwith usage etc...and is it possible to grab 2 IP adds or is it all one IP for all sites? Lastly I am shite at moving my sites...could I get a helping hand

- It comes with cPanel 11.
- If you go over your bandwidth a suspended page will appear (you'll get a warning when you are at 80% and you can upgrade if you're on the two smaller packages to the next highest).
- The IP is shared. You can only qualify for a dedicated IP if you are using it for a SSL certificate. DimeNOC's rule, not ours.
- One of the ways we keep costs down is by not giving the admin extra things to do, one of which is moving sites. But if you really need it, we'll normally do it for a $20 fee if your other host uses cPanel.

We're having issues with 2checkout and paypal callbacks right now. Even after you pay it will show unpaid... Just submit a ticket if it happens. I've had someone working on it since last night.
We only have one open server at the moment for new accounts and all of the sites share the same IP. We do offer dedicated IP's for $4/month, but they are only approved if you are installing a SSL certificate.

And to anyone else looking to order, do it now if you need something soon. Our last server is just about full and we'll be taking a few weeks off before opening up another server (to tweak the site, work on campaigns, etc).
