New York goes Full Retard

N.Y. Republican releases secret list of Democrat gun control plans

Republican Steve McLaughlin told his constituents on his Facebook page that a Democratic colleague in the N.Y. legislature begged him not to release the secret list of proposals due to the potentially highly damaging nature of the proposals.

But that did not stop McLaughlin from providing the information to his constituents. McLaughlin states that the proposals were not released to the public because the Democrats, who control the N.Y. Assembly, wanted to hide from the citizens the true nature of what they intended to do.

And, says McLaughlin, they would have passed the following provisions had he and some of his colleagues not fought back.

Here is the list of Democrat proposals:

--Outright confiscation of "assault weapons."
--Outright confiscation of "ten round clips" (magazines).
--Establish a statewide database of all guns.
--Continue to allow gun permit holders' names and addresses to be published by newspapers.
--Label semiautomatic shotguns with more than five rounds or pistol grips as "assault weapons."
--Limit the number of rounds in a magazine to five and confiscate banned magazines that carry a larger number of rounds.
--Prevent citizens from owning more than two magazines.
--Prevent citizens from buying more than one gun per month.
--Re-license all current pistol permit holders.
--Require renewal of all pistol permits every five years.
--Pistol permits would have to be issued by the state and not local law enforcement.
--All guns in New York would be required to be micro-stamped.
--Ammunition dealers would have to be licensed.
--All gun owners would be required to keep their guns locked in their homes.
--A fee would be assessed for licensing and registering guns.

Sounds like a sales page for an ebook.

That's not fair, bro.

Everyone I knew in my whole life up until age 28 was born and raised there, trying to be good people and get good grades in school... We were all Dumbasses, no doubt...

But saying we deserve the slavery in which we found chasing the american dream working those J.O.B.s is like saying the slaves in the 1700s deserved their slavery because they were so dumb...

No doubt they were dumb, they weren't educated properly. Just like americans today, to a lessor degree.

Schools no longer educate in the USA. They only indoctrinate while making quiet little factory workers... Or Prison fodder, one or the other.

Quiet little factory workers?

Quit little factory workers don't go on strike for six figure compensation packages.

It's all relative. Can you imagine how factory workers would react if you were able to give them a sudden jolt of education and they had your standards for work and salary within an hour of now? They wouldn't go on strike then... They'd either take off like a bat out of hell or they'd go get some explosives and raze the factory to the ground!

Sadly our uber-litigious society has showed them how to use the system (i.e. unions) without educating them one iota. :crap:

January 29, 2013

Residents of Erie County, New York overflow the
State's dictating / Q & A forum concerning the
unconstitutional NY Safe Act arms bill.

The passion and anger from the people is evident
of Erie County resistance.

After the first speaker spoke, the second one was
introduced. A request from an audience member to
recite the Pledge of Allegiance was ignored by the
State. So the people took over and assertively
recited it anyway.

The State attempted to have private interviews with
the media which alienated the crowd further, who
then demanded transparency. Then the State wanted
the questions from the audience to be private, which
riled folks even more.

Questions asked by Western New Yorkers covered:
non-compliance, penalties, jury nullification, 2nd
Amendment profiling into domestic terrorists,
government tyranny, police, sheriff, and more.

Other topics, and especially on the people forming
militias was missed due to full camera memory.

Welcome to blue collar Buffalo.
LOL 9:40 - You can have a 10-round clip, but you can only have 7 bullets in it.

Note that they are trying to use classic techniques to get the audience to accept the new laws.
