Because this still gives me 6 days to pig out. duh.
Better up the resolution to 15 or 20 lbs instead

The list of things I should do, or change, in the new year is so long that if I tried to list them all here I'd still be typing come 2010.
Because this still gives me 6 days to pig out. duh.
For 2010 I'm resolving to take better care of my health, spending more time with my wife, and stop non-productive activities that don't bring in more money into my household.
I can't take care of the people I want to by sitting on my ass bullshitting anymore.
2010 is a new start for my life.
My primary goal is to lose weight and get fit. The problem with starting today is all the "bad" food in the house. We've got tons of junk food (candy) from relatives as gifts, and we need to get all that crap out of the house. I'm going to offload the majority of that candy to family and hopefully be on track for a healthier new year. Why wait till New Years to change something in your life?

If you can, help others. If you cannot do that, at least do not harm them. (Dalai Lama)
I'll try to stick to these as a good start in 2010.
