New Thread Fee in Links & SEO $122?

....oh yeah... Um, in case you guys may not know it, there are a handful of marketplace sellers here that have surpassed the $1M in profit milestone, and based on the total fees we charge, it's not even 1%. Their quality is pretty superb. That's the secret. Quality. That's what makes our tough to navigate, not so friendly forum's marketplace the highest caliber of quality by comparison to all of our "competitors".

Focus on bringing the quality up, and price accordingly. Those that wish to play the volume and cheap game, you're an idiot and you likely don't belong here.

You content writers, some of you produce amazing quality, but you charge like a writer and go by word. Charge for the article, and don't be afraid to make it pricey. You'd be shocked to see just how much people are willing to pay for quality services.

Those of you that think its a good idea to cheat/scam people here, or even the staff here? You're going to get raped. Hard. And you'll just be tossed into the pile of the other scumbags we've caught and decimated, all for what? A few hundred bucks? Go play at the other marketplaces, they love people like you.

Bottom line, quality is king here. Focus on delivering a quality service and/or product, price it so that you make a very nice profit (as you absolutely deserve it!) and when we raise our fees here, you will sit back and chuckle just the way the big guys do. Because they know that these prices are shit by comparison to what they actually bring in.

Don't ruin a good thing. Be smart. Shut the fuck up and pay the Jew. Afterall, we invented the money, the comedy, and the game. :)

If you rely on a BST thread to make a living, you're doing it wrong.

You're fucking dead.

LOL this is a great idea!

I am actually thinking about starting one thread and listing all my services in that one thread instead of opening different threads for each service! ;) :banana_sml:

Welcome to a permanent spot on our watch list. Enjoy your stay.

My alter ego doesn't mind paying for quality and that is what the price hike will create - quality over quantity.

....and lastly... Threads like these open up the market for competition.

See, by whining about the prices you pay, as a provider, other guys who are likely far more enterprising than you and may even be hungrier and willing to put in a lil bit of elbow grease to sell services here, are going to push you out. At least that's my hope.

I don't want cheap fucks here that provide shit services/products. Our industry revolves solely around making higher profits over and over again. By being creative and taking the out of the box approach.

The sheer amount of SEO firms, I'm referring to the white hats, consultants, and all of their rep management, squeaky fuckin clean social media consultants that price their clients at the $10k-$60k per month 'agency retainer' rate, are all buyers of service providers here. Consistently. The reason from feedback from them, that I know they will continue to buy from service providers here, is the caliber of quality. Not the price.

That's just the SEO industry. There are a shitload of networks, affs, consultants, advertising industry folk, gov/security industry folk, media specialists, etc. that all converge here. Just because they don't reveal who they are behind their username doesn't mean they don't have intentions of buying from here or watching and learning. Most people these days do have the cash to spend, and are very willing to do so, just so long as a headache isn't involved and the quality is high. Its simple. They like quick and easy, over cheap and shady.

Trust me, I've been doing this for a long time now. I know exactly what's going on here, how to manage it, and how to keep things running smoothly, or not. Most of the feedback about making things easier to navigate and making it easier to operate conflict with the general purpose and experience here, but I'm a big fan of adapt or die and pioneering new directions, so maybe they will change. We'll see.

But for right now, some of you are not going to like the changes I'm allowing. For those who want to make bank, now is certainly the time to do so. Come on in and join us.

My only issue with the bst currently is the new thread every week. It should be an ongoing thread IMO.

Other than that, if you can't make a good enough service to pay the $100 - well then, don't expect wf'ers to spend money on your service. WF has the highest per order customers anywhere - and you should be taking advantage of that.

Having a BST here is pretty legit.

I still get emails from closed BST that I haven't ran since 2010. I get emails from people about services I forgot I even ran here.

I could make a healthy living not coming to WF and listing a BST from the "referral" traffic I get from old services right into my mailbox.

I don't know too many places I can spend $36, $77, or $122 and get that kind of flow.

Oh wait, you probably need quality services to begin with.

No, you didn't.

Are you seriously going to tell me you did over $1,000,000 in sales off a single $30 thread on BHW?

Don't be an idiot.

I must admit that I'm also pretty shocked to hear that people are clearing 1 mil off the BST. At $30 per sale that's like 33,333 sales. Double that amount if you have a 50% profit margin. :stonedsmilie:
