NEW Facebook Ads

so i got a very racy ad approved a while back and I deleted it once I realized it was actually approved because i know it could casue problems. Now about 2 months later FB has banned my account. How do you guys use new accounts when you get banned without them all getting linked together--obv all my profitable campaigns cant be run again but do you need to change tracking domain, credit card, ip, etc.? I need to make a new account...do those GreenDot prepay cards fly?

Your best bet would actually be purchasing an established account from someone with a decent limit on it. Facebook lately has become pretty stingy with advertising accounts on new accounts. If you use those GreenDot prepay cards on a new account, within 12 hours your account will be blocked, and they'll make you submit some form; which they never review.

but what about payment methods...can i use my old credit cards on an established account if i buy it??? they're all linked back to my name. i have no idea what facebook sees and what tehy dont. i've made some fake accounts but FB has found and killed all of them. no idea how but clearly im doing something wrong.

do i need to change the domain my prosper is installed on too?
im sure many people have dealt with this before but it certainly seems like a bitch.

what if i got a friend with an established FB account to let me setup an advertising account on their FB?

thanks!

what determines ads position? ad history? ctr? bid?

I tried jacking up my bids but my ads still got stuck in 4th position.

FB Ads has been AMAZING for me the past few days. I am experiencing incredibly low click prices (think .4c - .9c) and high EPCs (think .31c-.37c).

God such win! Facebook can be your best friend or your worst enemy sometimes it seems.

I can only get £0.60 at the very lowest, and that's for a small demo outside the UK.

Is there anyone from the UK getting cheap clicks? I mean it's not worth running any offer at £1.00 a click. Especially when I don't have a lot of capital.

Is it just a case of finding a campaign with a good ctr? Or Does Facebook give cheaper clicks to people in the USA?

Is there a relationship between ad approval rate and ad review time?

> will creating a lot of rejected ads increase the review time for new ads (?)

That's nice. Now figure out how to multiply those epcs times 3 and keep the campaigns living longer longer at the same time.

Am I just reading this wrong, cause other people here seem to understand this?
.4c = .40c > .31c
.9c = .90c > .37c

did you mean .04 - .09?

let him reply once again. In the mean time, i wanted to check if anyone noticed that if you start bidding lower than the suggested bid (ads running for 3 days with decent CTR), suddenly conversions tank. I believe this could be because more junk accidental clicks rather than genuine clickers? our ads must be appearing on 3rd and 4th position?

I was running into this issue as well. Try tightening your budget - for some reason that seems to work for me, and keep conversions stable.

I just had my 2 year old fb ads account disabled and I don't even know what it was for! Emailed them and no reply. Must I really resort to getting a new account or is there any way I can get hold of them to get my account back? Any advice is much appreciated!

what was the reason of disapproval? suspicious payment activity?

It said too many ads weren't within guidelines, but I've not had any dubious ads for almost a year and most of the ads I had were allowed back then before all the rules change. FB is such a whore.

cmon, he obviously meant 4 cents and 9 cents, how can bid fall below 1 cent?

Yes I did mean .04 cents and .09 cents, sorry for the confusion. Anyone else have any issues getting there ad's reviewed? I keep creating about 5 of the same ad every few hours in hopes of it getting approved, but the bastards at FB go to my link and don't approve/or disapprove it. Bastards :thefinger:
