NEW Facebook Ads

Anyone see this option also?

What exactly does it do? Mine just redirects me back to the ads dashboard, so I'm guessing you need a FB profile in order for it to work.

which service do u guys use for translating yr fb intl ads? i tried using google translate but i'm finding that the translation is horrible, thinking of getting a human translator... any recommendation?

Seems like just another useless feature that they spent their time on instead of working on a stable platform.

No you are just a fucking moron.

If you did any type of testing with this feature you would have found out that the demo_ad= parameter can be used on any user profile.

I can think of quite a few ways and uses for having a user sent to their profile page 100% guaranteed to see my ad. Hmmmm.... I wonder if "demo ads" cost money to click/show?

Holy fuck, you may be on to something. Not sure why you would share that bit of information, lol. Going to test it myself.

Edit: Didn't work.

They charge you if you view profile an ad and then click it yourself at least they did a few days ago.

if this is true, which i highly doubt, that means you will be able to artificially inflate your CTR. try it out if you please, i dont care enough to test it out

I know some people were bitching about FB charging above their max cpc a while back, have they still been doing this to you guys? Did you get credited 100% and what did these morons use as an excuse for why they did it in the first place?

They are still doing it to us as of yesterday...

Hasn't been happening here.

Oh it works, and as long as its a CPM bid ad you should have no problems being charged!

Yesterday I ran a new campaign. Only 10 ads. 2/10 got a ctr above .30% on a very large demo; ended up paying about 2c a click. Anyhow, those two ads get disapproved this morning for inappropiate language, but my other 8 ads that had the same exact ad text, did not get disapproved, and their ctr was only in the.10% range. Only difference between my ads were the images. I love how FB decides to hit my best performing ads.

Ads that get X amount of impressions (who the fuck knows what X is) get put under much more scrutiny. They justify re-considering each ad when they actually start getting mass impressions. Although i hate to admit it, with the amount of advertisers they have it does make sense.

I'm guessing the ads that start blowin' up get escalated to a different and more "elite" review team.

/My 2 cents.
