New and Confused with Maxbounty

I am new to affiliate marketing and was recently accept to the maxbounty affiliate network. My question is for the offers that have no "get links" option can I still promote them? Do I simply click the link to see the landing page and that automatically has my affiliate id tracker in the link or what? I'm just confused about how I make sure that the leads are indeed going to my account

If you don't see the 'Get links' option, it means you're not approved yet or you're rejected. It displays your status on that same page (search for 'Your status:').

Cygnus is correct. I don't know what e-mail you used to signup, so I can't see for sure, but most likely you were approved with an incentive account, which would make most of our campaigns inaccessible to you. If you want to get an easier list of what's available to you, use the search tab.
