A lot of the processors in Europe are tightening restricitions on aggresive upselling. That probably has something to do with this considering they're probably using EU mids.

Long live Panama processing! :usa:

Update to JTM

FYI: The latest update from JTM. As a result, the only campaign remaining after November 24, 2009 at 23:59 (CST) is their Biz Opp - Quick Profit Kit.

"We informed you last week about our issue with Visa. This issue initially resulted in the removal of our upsells. Our initial course of action was to reduce our offer count to a few core offers and to make these core offers extremely compliant. We felt this would be the best course of action because it would allow you, our network partner, to keep traffic flowing to us. In our effort to resolve the issue we had our core offers reviewed by 3 separate law firms. Ultimately we have been advised that our safest course of action is to immediately deactivate our offers, make the minor but necessary changes and then reactivate them. This whole process will take a few days and we will be live again on Monday November 30th, if not sooner. This is obviously not the course of action we wanted to take, however after our lawyers reviewed the legal and federal attention FWM and CCN received by not being cautious we feel it is the responsible long-term action that is required. In order to be a successful, quality long-term partner with your network we must take a cautious approach and take this undesirable yet necessary short-term step."

thou shall not upsale, cross-sale, side-sale/fuck over your consumers-----sounds like processors losing credit ratings to me

They are focusing on their better performing offers and cutting those that don't work for them. This advertiser is one of the strongest in the space, i am sure they are cleaning house so they can test new products and offers in the new year.

like Geoffrey said its across all networks and remaining offers payouts are going down (But they are also removing the upsells, hence why payout is going down), if your network doesn't know or says they aren't losing it too they really don't know whats going on and youll be blindsided with one of those notices 5 minutes before the links are cut off

Agreed

@ LOL at Tatto

they are cutting them everywhere. I have a very busy acai site and acai slim was a great converter.... apparently it is due to ftc regulation changes and also a google slap...

Weird I can't find any offers with $1 - 1.5k testimonial on landing page

isnt Just Think Media being sued and shit? I got a subpoena through google although it's been an eternity I ran any of their offers

Rebills aren't going away, but the ridiculous payouts are. Adfinity owns it's own offers so we know first hand 79.95/mo isn't going to last much longer. I don't know why these offers upsell/crossell/etc. - we don't even sell the data that we generate from the offers we build out ourselves. Our teeth whitening offer is doing better than any other advertiser.
