Jacob give me some time to go back to the advertiser with this. We picked it up through another network who claimed there was no leads and no data. Do you have a copy of the ad you can send to me too?
I never had a problem with fraud - I have yet to be paid my full commission through Copeac as well. I ran Grant Writing Express and stopped before they changed the payout. They shorted me by a couple of grand, and it is like pulling teeth with them.
The change in payout screwed up their accounting and it has been almost a month. My AM said that they were aware of the mistake, but no results.
Mike...when are you going to pay the rest of my commission?
I'm signed up with Copeac but never even tried to run anything through them since they are owned by and, to my knowledge, operated by the same organization that owns Primary Ads. Primary Ads just decided one day to stop tracking ALL leads that were coming to the site 100% through organic search (because I owned the #1 spot in Google, Yahoo, and MSN). Even before that, they were scrubbing so bad that it was pathetic.
And if that wasn't funny enough, my AM replicated everything about my site short of scraping my actual content (someone else did, but I doubt he actually did that) and then showed it to me one day as if he actually thought I'd be impressed with his effort!
I'm "one and done" with these fucking networks. I tried to contact my AM a few times and he was suddently VERY hard to get a hold of. I talked to a senior AM and he basically blew me off because he couldn't find an answer to the question.
So I sold the site and haven't run shit for them since.
I've never said a peep about this until now because Copeac seems to have a good rep and I always see Mike on top of stuff here. But their association with Primary Ads means I'll likely stay far, far, far away for the forseeable future.
MY AM got back to me...and hopefully this will be resolved.
Association with PrimaryAds? Copeac/Intermark Media has no association with Kowabunga from what I know - Kowabunga (a publicly traded company) lists no stake in Intermark, and Copeac doesn't even use Kowabunga's network technology.I'm signed up with Copeac but never even tried to run anything through them since they are owned by and, to my knowledge, operated by the same organization that owns Primary Ads.
It would appear I am waaaay off on that post.
Mucho apologies to Mike and Copeac. I didn't bother to double-check the facts before I posted because back when my Primary Ads AM told me that, I had no reason to doubt it (I don't know why he said it, it was in some conversation or another and I don't know why it was relevant).
I'll go ahead and take my foot out of my mouth now, if you don't mind.
Again, apologies.
*i am also grabbing popcorn*
you could always use screen sharing to prove your case if you have ads made and payments, and you want to prove it. I just was using Adobe screen sharing the other day and it was great. Adobe ConnectNow web conferencing from Acrobat.com its free.
thats a wonderful idea, i think if i was in this similar boat I would be like
"here log into my shit"
I think both issues in this thread are resolved, if they arent please let me know.
email me at mike at intermark media as i wont be checking WF until Monday
