Oh yeah, been there. When I first had success I just kept buying badass cars! Then I had to sell an old fb ads account in order to pay my income tax on time, and I was like wtf is my problem... so i got shit together and it's different these days. I'm just lucky I didn't have to get rid of any of my toys... got enough for a while and am focusing on saving while also building my SAAS business. (FUN as hell by the way, talking with real people who are my customers, who I want to help, who love my product or dislike it but give great feedback, etc... so fulfilling!)

Yes, asians are typically better about saving money... There's always that Korean family in every rich neighborhood who bought his house cash after he moved from Korea hahahaa....

Nope, don't recall helping that guy either. His services never did anything for my sites, and he scammed the fuck out of another friend of mine too.

What did Deshea do btw? I had dropped talking with him long before I heard about him scamming everyone. Wasn't it some bs he started involving him and nanexo?

This man speaks truth. Used to call my business three times a week. Nothing but heavy breathing and smacking sounds could be heard. Had to make the receptionist sit on a stack of towels because he kept her so wet.

See I DO NOT need a certificate from clowns like you to showoff if I'm ballin. I didn't say I can't afford a good chair or an aircon. If you read between the lines what I have posted you wouldn't be posting such a foolish post.

Further I don't care if you believe or NO as I don't care what you believe. I know what I'm and I don't need you to certify it.. I had posted what is truth now its up to your mind what you think.. as ultimately your mind is responsible what you are today.

Man you sound like you've made some good choices. Personally don't skimp on what I view as essentials for getting the job done, I.e, good chair, top of the range laptop and phone, but in terms of luxuries and living situation your philosophy is very sound.

Save all you can, I don't think any of us here are doing millions a month or even a year, more like 10k to 20k a month for the successful people. It's enough to make an idiot think they are rich, but if it disappears tomorrow and you've spent it all...shit.

I was just talking to a lead gen guy today who ran a local lead gen biz for 3 years, entirely based on seo, it died with penguin and he went from 20k to 500 a month.

Build real businesses, playing around with free google traffic isnt secure or a real business IMO.
