I have literally gone from being a millionaire to having over 4 million in debt in less than a year and some how I managed to pull my ass out of it without filing bankruptcy like a little bitch. The secret? Hustling my ass off. Not back to millionaire status yet, but I hustle every day to make it happen.
STOP. WHINING. GET. BACK. TO. WORK.
Sorry to say but your friend was a moron by NOT saving money and spend it all like a king.
Yes, this has been established multiple times in this thread. You provided nothing of value and restated the obvious just to stroke your own online ego cock?

So you have NO JOB other than comparing posts? Put some value yourself rather than bullshitting jackass.
What I have posted is based on facts. You jelly??
Did you ever post this story on WF or anywhere else?.
I can't understand why he's going bankrupt. He's making $4k a month. Even if the house isn't in fact paid for, he should still be able to pay up to a ridiculous $2-3k mortgage, his utilities, and put food on the table. Care to elaborate WHY he can't live on $4k a month?
See this is the problem with American lifestyle. Pplz spend more than they earn and they go bankrupt the 2nd month before they were making 25K a mo.
I'm in India and I'm in IM since 2008. I have made money the hard way and still doing it the hard way. I can afford aircon and a good chair but still I work without it. It is time of summers and I live in desert and normal temperature here is of 42+ Degree Celsius every day. I can afford a luxury car and can buy it any time here in India and can showoff shit but no what I did is I have invested in property market here in India.
I have bought 3 properties in past 2 years. 2 apartment house and 1 land. I know I may sound moron but I never took any vacation in past 4 years but all I did is to stabilize myself.

Ive had some luck with building niche sites for serviceprovidedcitynameorarea.coms getting them ranked and leasing them month to month to businesses in that area. Its not killer money and take a little time to get ranked/stable, but labor type services (cleaners, plumbers) in cities/towns are pretty are pretty easy targets
I had the idea of doing exactly that for attorneys, but after ranking one site talked myself out of the idea. I think blue collar business would be a better target.
He only made $25k/month for 3-4 months. The rest of the time before that it was a lot less as far as I remember. Right now, he's got his credit cards almost maxxed out, just bought a new car with a small down payment, owes 400k on his house (got a bigggg house dayum makes my townhouse look like a toy), and was buying links from IAcquire who charged a shitload,... but when his earnings went down he didn't know whether to keep the links or not since if you dump good links that is unnatural/kills link velocity too... negative link velocity is never good ha...
anyway that's the most detail I know of the story as I haven't exactly drilled him about what all bills he has... he has told me though that his real-world bills and SEO/backlinks expenses add up to about $14k/mo. Pretty crazy. My expenses are around 20k/month but most of that is SEO.
Does he have any local contacts?
Prospect,
also if he does some research try to find a local company thats already ranked in google, maybe page 2 or 3.
Offer them a pay on results, get them to the front page of google.
They'll get more traffic, be happier and then ask them for referrals.
Then goto the businesses around that business that he helped. and offer his services, using other said business as an example/
another way to spin in it: Get some postcards made. Put said business that he helpeed rank and say This business ______ name of business here____ is now ranked at the top of google, they are bringing in twice the amount of leads and customers as before. then blah blah, get them to contact you, sell them. close. profit. (Much easier said than done though)
