What it is, is that I have started up a new site (won't mention it, unless someone asks for it). It's been going for 5 - 6 months, it's in a highly competitive market, but it is still pulling in members. So I have just switched it round now to have paid subscriptions for certain members, whilst other members will have free access (you can probably guess what type of site is by now).
What I wanted to know is that I now want to take on affiliates, and I want to make things as easy as possible for them, so what materials, resources, etc should I get ready for them, I mean banners is a no brainer. But is there anything else that you look for to seal the deal or make the afil's job smoother etc. Plus I was going to offer 75% commission upto the end of the year, I was thinking of trying to pull in traffic and awareness mainly.
Flame away if you want, I am here to learn. So I don't mind a good bashing to get it into my thick skull.
