Out of interest - How provable in court is exif / meta data? What safeguards are in place to ensure this isn't spoofed in any way? (I know very little / nothing about exif data in jpgs).

At the very least, someone needs to contact their russian friends they keep talking about and have the site hacked/ddos'd/taken down.

I mean he was already on academic probation wasn't he? So that part probably won't effect him much. And with the exception of SERPs destroying his reputation (of which he's already demonstrated, by his own actions, that he doesn't give a shit about), the rest of what you listed is most likely going to happen anyway, with or without the help of WF.

Just sayin'

edit - but you're right, this is just the first 24 hours.
